16 fatias de pão tipo baguete
200g de queijo gorgonzola cortado em cubos
2 cebolas médias fatiadas
50g de açúcar
30g de manteiga sem sal

Modo de preparo
1. Aqueça uma frigideira com a manteiga e refogue as fatias de cebola.
2. Assim que murcharem tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino. Reserve.
3. Na mesma frigideira, derreta o açúcar e faça um caramelo claro.
4. Junte a cebola à mistura e mexa bem.
5. Corte o pão em fatias, leve ao forno por 2min a 180 graus.
6. Em seguida, coloque o queijo gorgonzola no pão e a cebola já caramelada.
7. Leve ao forno para derreter.
